Mick Theebs is a writer, artist, and educator living in the Metro New York City area. He served as the Poet Laureate of Milford, Connecticut from 2016-2020. In addition to poetry, Mick writes both long and short-form fiction, essays, satire, and the occasional scholarly article. His fiction spans a wide swath of genres, including urban fantasy, neo-noir, and romance, but he is most at home writing thrillers with a speculative twist.

He currently runs the Medium Publication Chaotic Order which features Mick’s fiction and non-fiction writing covering a huge swath of topics.

In addition to writing, Mick also ran the art website ALSO THAT, which is still currently accessible but is no longer regularly updated.
